To register for the Conference, please fill in the on-line Registration Form. First fill in the Personal Data Form and continue with registration by choosing the registration fee. During the registration process, you will receive a password. Your password is the same for all on-line forms.

In-person registration fee includes 21 % VAT.
For online registration fee, VAT will be applied under current legislation.
Registration fees are quoted in EUR. These prices are final.

Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or regular), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.

* Students are required to upload their valid student ID card scanned from both sides.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

Credit or Debit Card

For credit or debit card payments, please use the On-line Payment System. The system is accessible with the password that you received upon registration. The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa and Diners Club.

Bank Transfer

The bank details including the 10-digit variable symbol will be automatically sent to your email address after submitting the on-line form. Please note that payments without this variable symbol will not be identified and the registration will not be confirmed.

Please note that bank transfer payments will be accepted by 11 August 2021 latest. After this date, only payments by credit/debit cards will be accepted using the On-line Payment System.

Note: All bank transfer amounts are minus bank charges. Any banking fees accrued from the transfer are the responsibility of each party.

FINAL INVOICE

The final invoice will be sent automatically to your e-mail address within 14 days from the receipt of the payment.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

The Registration Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at eaae2021prague@guarant.cz in the event of the cancellation of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.

NAME CHANGE

In need to avoid a cancellation fee, we offer the possibility of doing a name change instead. A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change: contact the Registration Secretariat at eaae2021prague@guarant.cz.

Note: In the unfortunate case of having too few participants able or willing to come to Prague as well as in the unfortunate case of the cancellation of the in-person format due to force majeure (e.g. COVID-19 lockdown), organizers would have to switch the EAAE 2021 to fully online and refund the difference between in-person and online registration fee within 30 days from the date of announcement. They are however not responsible for any other related expenses of anyone.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process. Further information regarding visa requirements can be found in the attached document.

COVID-19 TRAVEL POLICY

Please follow the current rules for entering the Czech Republic and other related countries. A COVID-19 test and other travel rules may be required and can be found here.

Note: Before purchasing your air-ticket, we recommend getting a travel insurance that covers COVID-19 risks (e.g. when you have to cancel your trip due to COVID-19 illness or when you are denied to board the plane due to not passing the COVID-19 check).
